215OMA CENTER

In downtown Omaha, 215OMA will rise to provide an iconic tower that is designed as a tribute to the local people and culture, while at the same time giving something back to the city in the form of generous public spaces for learning, working, and celebrating.
The vision is the creation of a unique and iconic tower positioned in the heart of the Omaha sky line which will anchor all the exciting new lifestyle and work activity of the new Gene Leahy Mall at the Riverfront.
The street level will be a bustling mixed-use program aimed at a larger community connection to the urban site and urban, walkable amenities. Upper floors would house vibrant new office spaces for Medical Solutions with a variety of working options from private office, non-dedicated office space, collaborative spaces, activity zones, personal private areas and lifestyle and family areas. Panoramic views of Omaha and the riverfront will be offered on the sky decks at various levels of the building. Here we see spaces that can be used for events, banquet dining, terrace gardens, weddings or other social celebrations.

During different times of the day the light will penetrate spaces and create a sense of movement. At night the spaces will be unveiled to expose the lightweight steel framing and provide identity markers for tenants and users. The exterior experience reveals how the additive volumes will identify program with an overlapping material language which highlights the lightweight connections of the large scale masses.
