Culxr House Masterplan ​

DESCRIPTION:

This masterplan infill proposal offers solutions for creating services and spaces that provide a platform for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs to develop their brands.  The project context contributes to the plan for transformative urban development along the 24th Street corridor.  Creative suites provide pop-up spaces for events and longer-term rentals.  Food and hospitality shops will plug into remodeled buildings and surround a newly activated alleyway, focusing on public activity, exhibitions, pop-ups, and engagement.
