The Flex building offers space that is versitile and open to a wide array of tenant types.  We were approaced to provide Environmental Graphics and Wayfinding to these simple and basic metal building types.  To elevate the design and appeal to the small businesses that these types of buildings attract, our studio combinded layered, bold and simple graphics that match the industrial aesthetic of the buildings.  Bold color, tone-on-tone numbering and large lettering provide a simple juxtaposition to the stark and minimal metal facades.
