DESCRIPTION:

This proposed sports training facility is designed to support soccer and baseball development while fostering leadership, personal growth, and athletic excellence. As the city continues to outgrow the capacity of shared sports training facilities across the metro area, new dedicated facilities are being proposed to meet increasing demand.
Working within a limited budget and an accelerated project schedule, the design embraces the efficiency of a simple pre-engineered metal building as its primary framework.
A bold black exterior with smooth and corrugated metal panels, contrasted with Corten steel elements and integrated ground lighting, establishes a strong architectural identity. Positioned along the highway, the facility is designed to maximize visibility, creating a recognizable destination and providing users with a clear sense of arrival.
