TS3 Office Building​

DESCRIPTION:

A mixed-use office building that will catalyze commercial and office growth within a satellite community. The project is built on a small commercial lot that is sandwiched between multi-family and single-family residential buildings. To maintain the scale of the surrounding structures, simple boxed window openings are used instead of curtain walls or commercial ribbon windows. The building's main entrance and core functions are centered and covered in wood, green walls, and bare steel panels. The main body of the building is covered in staggered metal panels to reflect the proximity to the rural structures surrounding the community. Brick, perforated brick panels, and wood panels are used to shield transparency and to create warm and familiar entrances.
